Gatsibo District has been named a top performer in the prestigious Financial Reporting and Excellence Awards (FREA 2025), hosted by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). This recognition highlights Gatsibo’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and impactful governance.

Held under the theme “Beyond Numbers: Reporting with Purpose and Impact,” FREA 2025 celebrates institutions that go beyond financial figures to demonstrate how their reporting reflects real progress and community transformation

The Financial Reporting and Excellence Awards was published on Friday 26^th September 2025 at the Kigali Convention Center; where Gatsibo District was represented by Amizero Oreste, Corporate Service and Division Manager.
